Add or Terminate an Endorsee to a Business Entity License
Business Entity Endorsement and Termination Online Service provides real-time entry of an endorsement or termination. Additionally, the new service validates the agent information to ensure that the agent is eligible to be endorsed to the business entity license before sending the information electronically to the CDI.
Business Entity Endorsement Appointment form LIC 411-8A can also be submitted if an endorsee needs to be added after the license is issued.
Business Entity Endorsement Termination form LIC 411-8T can also be submitted if an endorsee needs to be terminated.
